Salary: $105,830.21 to 147,521.09 per year

  • Build data-driven business cases and financial impact models to justify strategic feature enablement, system enhancements, and new platform investments.
  • Author comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and feature acceptance criteria to guide analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners.
  • Collaborate with enterprise partners and leaders to ensure MyChart capabilities seamlessly integrate into the broader consumer digital experience ecosystem.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive product management experience managing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Epic MyChart Certification or documented Proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards.
