About the Role

The Product Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to define, drive, and evolve the strategic vision for enterprise technology products and platforms, while leading the strategic lifecycle of cross‑departmental technology products and balancing firm‑wide strategic outcomes with near‑term delivery needs and operational priorities.This role will be located in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Defining, documenting, and communicating multi‑year product vision and strategy across multiple products, and translating strategic intent into clear, actionable product direction for delivery teams
  • Partnering with senior business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to evaluate product investments, guide prioritization decisions, and align business strategy with technology delivery
  • Developing and maintaining portfolio‑level roadmaps that articulate product sequencing, dependencies, and long‑term direction, and communicating releases and milestones to stakeholders
  • Engaging directly in product definition and solution shaping to resolve ambiguity, mitigate risk, unblock delivery, or accelerate value realization for critical initiatives
  • Overseeing product health, performance, and value realization across the product portfolio using metrics, outcomes, and feedback to inform ongoing strategy
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

And have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field, preferably
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a product manager for Agile software development teams or related areas
  • Technical certifications in relevant areas, such as Agile Certification, Scrum Master, or SAFe, preferably
