About the job

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The Customer Engagement (CE) team builds tools enabling Google to intelligently engage customers across Ads and Consumer products serving 1B monthly users, including YouTube, Search, and Gmail. On our AI Platform team, you will drive agentic automation across external user-facing and internal sales and support surfaces. Focusing on Agent and Skill Authoring, you will own the product vision for the frameworks and tooling that allow engineers and domain experts to build, debug, evaluate, and safely scale complex, multi-step AI agents. Your primary focus is enabling portability and speed-delivering capabilities that allow authors to build once, iterate quickly, and run agents reliably anywhere with robust governance and observability built in. In this role, you will bridge SOTA GenAI technology with developer tooling to power high-impact automation globally.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
