The impact you'll makeAs a Product Manager at Lam, you play a key role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will manage the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the product portfolio. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you'll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers.
What you'll do- Creates product and project vision working with Marketing, Business Development, and Senior Leadership.
- Defines project scope, success criteria, and business objectives. Manages Engineering Priority List (EPL) and Project Priority List (PPL) projects.
- As an expert on the product, leads customer specification responses as part of order fulfillment and slotting processes.
- Participates in system configuration reviews and ensures customer needs are addressed as translated into the sales order so that the build can commence without interruption.
Who we're looking for- Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications- Relevant semiconductor capital equipment Engineering or Product Management experience with complex systems and effect on wafer results.
- Etch product knowledge highly preferred.
- Familiarity with refurbishment of products and subsystems.
Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

SalaryCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $125,000.00 - $270,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
