Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the planning and implementation of the Product strategy: 

  • Implement strategies for feature adoption across programs and tracking/reporting (catalogs, event planning, dashboards, marketing tools, etc.)  
  • Collect and use feedback for ongoing feature development. 
  • Work with the Product Manager and senior leadership to define product success measures.  
  • Translate business priorities into KPIs for feature development. 
  • Help prioritize features based on KPIs for the business and other important considerations from a product perspective.  
  • Measure results and outcomes of features built to evaluate success/bring value to stakeholders.  
  • Conduct market research and gather product data  
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive on feature use and improve the overall user experience (UI elements, healthcare space, trending topics i.e., AI, etc.)  
  • Understand and stay up to date on Salesforce functionalities/features.  
  • Translate features built into key selling points (NBD)  
  • Lead initiatives to gather data (qualitative & quantitative) – Community of Practice, surveys, polls, feedback sessions. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap ensuring alignment with the business and service strategy and in compliance with regulatory bodies 
  • Liaise with business partners to identify and prioritize product offerings and enhancements based on business, regulatory and customer needs. 
  • Communicate roadmap to internal customers 
  • Support current and future telephony projects, including migrations 
  • Play a pivotal role within the contact center telephony team, actively driving the adoption and utilization of features. 
  • Be the voice of the business by communicating the strategy and working with IT team(s) in the design and development of proof of concepts, prototypes and final product 
  • Contribute to the prioritization of business requests ensuring that development resources are spending their time on high-value requests 
  • Providing product design, guidance, and oversight for UI/UX elements 
  • Support cross-functional teams and other product teams 
  • Support the product team with other projects/tasks as needed.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Health Sciences or Computer Information Systems, MBA an asset 
  • 5+ years in Healthcare in progressive levels of responsibility and leadership, experience on Patient Support Programs asset 
  • 3+ years in product management role 
  • Well-versed in software development life cycles. Experience in Agile framework is an asset, particularly with Salesforce  
  • Strong business, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills 
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to prioritize personal and team’s work to consistently meet commitments. 
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes 

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • Professional certification in Agile, LEAN and/or Pragmatic Marketing 
  • Bilingual: English and French is preferred
