Product Management Lead Summary Product Management Lead - AI in Manufacturing Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Product Management Lead - AI in Manufacturing to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-enabled products and capabilities across the Production Software portfolio. This role defines the AI product strategy, partners across Product, R&D, Architecture, Innovation, Experience Design, Services and Support, and drives AI adoption in both customer-facing solutions and internal product development processes. Job Responsibilities AI Product Features and Capabilities • Own the AI product portfolio, including embedded AI features, AI offerings and AI services. • Define product vision, requirements, roadmaps and business outcomes for AI capabilities. • Partner across Hexagon's Production Software teams to enable AI throughout the portfolio. • Establish reusable AI models, APIs and tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce duplication. AI-enabled New Product Development • Develop and lead an AI-first framework supporting customer discovery, concept development, design, development, testing and launch. • Identify opportunities to apply AI across market insights, requirements management, code generation, testing, experimentation and customer feedback. • Standardise AI workflows, tools and best practices across Product and R&D. • Drive the operationalisation of AI solutions from experimentation through production deployment. AI-enabled Services and Support • Define the strategy for applying AI across Services and Support. • Partner with functional leaders to improve productivity, quality and customer experience. • Establish KPIs to measure AI-driven business impact. Qualifications • 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience within technology-driven organisations. • Demonstrated success delivering AI-enabled products from concept through commercial scale. • Strong collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams, translating technical capability into customer value. • Proven ability to influence across complex matrix organisations. • Experience leading AI transformation initiatives across internal product development workflows. • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and developer tooling. • Experience in regulated or IP-sensitive environments preferred. • Knowledge of discrete manufacturing preferred. • Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
