Position Overview

As a Product Management Group Manager within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Chicago, IL.

As a Product Management Group Manager within PNC's Treasury Management Liquidity organization, you will define and execute the platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for liquidity technology capabilities. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for liquidity platforms, including evaluating current-state systems and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve scalability and resiliency, and defining a clear roadmap aligned to business objectives. In close partnership with Technology, Operations, Risk, and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into prioritized product initiatives, drive alignment across teams, and ensure delivery of high-value solutions. This role serves as the central point of accountability for liquidity platform outcomes-balancing near-term execution with long-term platform transformation to support evolving client and business needs.

Required Qualifications
• Experience working with corporate deposits, payments, posting, settlement, or liquidity related systems
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Technology teams in a matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of liquidity and/or payment processing concepts, including posting flows and downstream impacts
• Demonstrated experience in Liquidity Product Management within a complex, regulated, or financial services environment
• Ability to define and prioritize product work across multiple platforms and initiatives
• Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business and Technology stakeholders
• Experience operating at a strategic level while maintaining accountability for execution

Job Description
  • Defines the strategy and executes on the business and financial results for a product portfolio through the leadership of team(s) managing new and existing products by creating a differentiated customer experience utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics.
  • Defines the overall strategy to produce a differentiated customer experience related to product or experience development for applicable business segments and product groups. Sponsors potential product or experience development projects for feasibility and value. Presents initiatives and policy changes to gain executive management buy-in. Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals and oversees the resolution of issues that arise.
  • Participates in the marketplace to influence product and customer experience trends and leads teams to execute on new products or enhancements to existing products or experiences and recognizes, anticipates and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise. Presents ideas to governing committees for approval. Maintains network of counterparts and third parties within the industry.
  • Serves as senior point of escalation and ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners. Leads activities with external stakeholders and clients throughout the product lifecycle. Supports determination of risk appetite and limits as part of the first line of defense. Owns business response to audit and regulatory finding.
  • Leads one or multiple product lines and manager(s). Manages, motivates and develops the performance of the product development management team and key contributors.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $146,300.00 - $271,700.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
