Description

This position is on the Chase Marriott Co-Brand Card team within the Partner Card organization of Chase Card Services. The Sr. Associate - Product Marketing will be a talented, customer-obsessed, rising leader who will develop and execute product development and marketing initiatives to deliver increased growth, engagement, and loyalty for the portfolio of Marriott Bonvoy credit cards from Chase. This position will work closely with VP, Product Marketing & Strategy and collaborate with partners at Marriott to deliver against business objectives.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will build collaborative relationships with Marriott and the cross-functional teams within Chase that support card marketing and product development execution. You will lead the creative development and marketing strategy for product marketing collateral and coordinate with the partner on approvals. You will analyze customer data and insights to recommend optimization opportunities that will result in new embedded benefits, refreshed card products and improved product experiences throughout a cardmember's tenure. You will also lead the product marketing for the portfolio - influencing the messaging and positioning of card products and benefits across physical & digital marketing assets / campaigns.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with deck writing
  • Proven marketing campaign execution and creative development
  • Proven project management skills, ability to think creatively to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Understanding of campaign marketing KPIs and performance drivers

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Prior experience working credit card marketing or product management strongly preferred
  • Strong preference for candidates familiar with marketing execution to deliver product marketing deliverables strongly preferred
  • Ability to 'connect the dots' across a number of ongoing initiatives and to proactively anticipate upcoming deliverables
  • Possess a customer-obsessed mindset with ability to creatively turn insights into action and delivery of impactful customer marketing
  • Think broadly and analytically to support new approaches to business improvements and influence change to deliver more streamlined processes
  • Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization and with an external partner
  • Location preference for New York, NY or Wilmington, DE
