Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a Product Manager in a large organization, preferably telecom
• Experience with SAFe methodology (certified or in progress)
• Knowledge of authentication principles and compliance regulations (CPNI, SPI/PII)
• Strong background in customer experience enhancement
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM implementations
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Business and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead product management efforts utilizing SAFe methodology
• Coordinate with business and engineering teams for project execution
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain product roadmap with focus on customer experience
• Implement and oversee Salesforce CRM initiatives
• Facilitate PI planning sessions to align team objectives
