Full Job Description
Position Summary

DDN is scaling fast across a growing product portfolio. Getting each of these products to market successfully is a real competitive advantage.

We're looking for a Product Launch, Senior Manager to help build this muscle. This role will help to define our new product introduction process, drive GTM execution for individual launches and new GTM motions, as well as manage the overall NPI program at an executive level. Success means translating launches into real revenue with delighted customers. You will have real ownership from day one, direct visibility with executives, and the ability to shape how this function evolves in the future.

What Success Looks Like

New products are well defined, market validated, and launch on time, with Sales, Marketing, and the field ready to execute from day one. There is a clear path to revenue and customer adoption across each launch. Executives trust the weekly updates and Steerco as the real source of truth on launch health, with risks and decisions surfaced early and appropriately.

The Work You'll Lead

Drive GTM Execution
  • Own GTM program management for product launches across DDN's full portfolio, as well as new GTM motions
  • Build and manage launch plans that align Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Support on scope, timelines, and readiness criteria
  • Identify and manage multi-functional risks and dependencies, escalating gaps before they become launch risks
  • Stay close to each product line and GTM motion to understand what's unique about its launch needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all process

Build the Program
  • Own and evolve DDN's NPI phase framework from the concept and definition phase through growth and Monitoring. This includes exit criteria and go/no-go gates at each stage
  • Determine launch tier for each product and calibrate process rigor accordingly; build recommended GTM milestones and deliverables included in each tier
  • Run post-launch retrospectives and turn what you learn into concrete improvements for the next launch

Own Reporting & Governance
  • Drive weekly status updates to executive stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and decisions needed
  • Manage the monthly executive Steerco - setting the agenda, synthesizing input across workstreams, and driving decisions on open issues

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy and operations, or management consulting
  • Prior experience launching products in a technology environment
  • A track record of building structure and process in ambiguous, undefined environments
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills. You identify issues early and drive them to resolution rather than letting them surface late
  • Experience building and running executive-facing reporting and governance (status updates, Steercos, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional information into clear updates for executives
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting priorities as launches and business needs shift
