Full Job Description
The Product Growth & Enablement Manager supports the commercialization, adoption, and ongoing success of Empower's Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) products. This role partners with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Relationship Management, and Client Success to develop enablement materials, support product launches, deliver training, and gather market feedback that improves product adoption and client outcomes.
The position serves as the operational link between product strategy and field execution, ensuring client-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to successfully position and support product solutions.
What you will do
• Execute commercialization plans for assigned products
• Develop sales presentations, product guides, FAQs, competitive comparisons, and other enablement materials
• Support product launches and release readiness activities
• Assist Sales and Relationship Management during complex client opportunities
• Translate product capabilities into customer-focused value propositions
• Develop onboarding materials and product training
• Deliver webinars, workshops, and educational sessions
• Maintain current enablement content reflecting product enhancements
• Improve enablement processes and organizational consistency
• Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Client Success
• Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence
• Recommend improvements that enhance adoption and execution
What you will bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercialization, Sales Enablement, Business Development, or related roles
What will set you apart
• Previous Consumer Directed Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority

Base Salary Range
$114,000.00 - $165,300.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
