Position Description

The Product Finance Manager supporting Product & Marketing is a strategic business partner responsible for driving financial performance across assigned Product Business Units. This role provides P&L leadership, portfolio margin analysis and commercial decision support to improve profitability and enable growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with Marketing leadership to provide insights that guide strategic decisions, ensure profitability, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with a commercial mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the primary finance partner to Product and Marketing Business Unit leadership, providing financial guidance to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Manage and monitor product category P&L performance, explain key drivers and variances, and identify opportunities to improve sales, margin and profitability
  • Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to optimize investments
  • Contribute to long-range financial planning, forecasting and scenario analysis to support business decision-making
  • Support product pricing, portfolio mix optimization, and product lifecycle management (new product launches, discontinuations, portfolio prioritization)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for commercial teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements across finance and marketing functions
  • Deliver timely ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions

What You Will Bring
  • Strong Experience managing portfolio of brands within consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, Portfolio margin analysis and marketing ROI
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • 7 years+ of progressive in commercial finance, FP&A and Process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and /or CPA
