Product Engineering Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Brooklyn, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Product Engineering Senior Manager in Brooklyn, NY, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Analyze and design workflows, processes, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across IT and operational projects.
  • Develop and implement methods for improving utilization of personnel, materials, and technology resources, ensuring alignment with production and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, production specifications, and operational objectives, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including process flow diagrams, cost analyses, risk assessments, and quality control report.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, tracking milestones, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, technical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess client and end-user feedback to refine processes, improve reliability, and adapt engineering solutions to evolving operational needs.
  • Participate in workforce planning and staffing activities, including evaluating technical competencies and supporting structured interview processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, or related field, plus 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Developing or overseeing modern web applications using JavaScript frameworks, including React, Angular, Vue, and Svelte;
  • Designing and integrating application features using REST and GraphQL APIs;
  • Using Git-based version control and coordinating CI/CD activities with tools, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions;
  • Applying Agile delivery methodologies to plan and manage software development work;
  • Using modern JavaScript bundlers or build tools, including Webpack, and Vite;
  • Applying automated testing practices for web applications, including unit, integration, and component tests;
  • Creating interactive or motion-driven web experiences using Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) and third-party animation frameworks, utilizing GSAP, Lottie, and Framer Motion; and
  • Applying accessibility standards and practices aligned with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to ensure inclusive and compliant web experiences.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
