Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years in software engineering with a focus on user-facing product delivery.
• Proficient in full-stack development using TypeScript with React/Next.js for frontend and Python or Node.js for backend.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI features in applications.
• Strong understanding of product design and translating user needs into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable in small, agile teams and navigating ambiguity with flexibility.
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and API design is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of features from initial scoping to production.
• Design and implement APIs, data models, and both frontend and backend code.
• Deliver user experiences focusing on usability and performance while iterating based on user feedback.
• Integrate cutting-edge LLM and AI functionality into product offerings.
• Build scalable backend services and develop operational tools, including CI/CD and monitoring.
• Work closely with founders and product/design teams to prioritize features and define success metrics.
• Engage in architecture and strategic planning, considering trade-offs for growth stages.
