Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and support tests for products/systems, evaluating data to meet customer requirements.
  • Design, analyze, and document complex mechanical and electro-optical products.
  • Provide engineering support to production operations, ensuring design-for-manufacturability and cost-effective production methods.
  • Utilize statistical methods, such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC), to optimize manufacturing yields and reduce cycle times.
  • Lead technical projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to technicians and other engineers.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
  • Can use computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software in the performance of assignments.


Qualifications

  • Novice technical expertise and application domain knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering
  • Experience in a lab environment
  • Troubleshooting experience with electronics
  • Active US DoD Secret clearance preferred

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD Secret security clearance.
