Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Product Director, Professional Promotion Marketing for the Schizophrenia Portfolio located in Titusville, NJ.

The Product Director, Professional Promotion & Market Access will lead the U.S. HCP professional promotion strategy and execution as well as critical Market Access initiatives for the Schizophrenia portfolio that consists of CAPLYTA®, INVEGA SUSTENNA®, INVEGA TRINZA®, and INVEGA HAFYERA®. This role is accountable for strategic field messaging and assets, competitive readiness, and will also serve as the brand lead for sales meetings, the Field Advisory Board, and own the AOR relationship and budget.

The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion with dotted line to the Group Product Director for Market Access and will serve as a core member of the brand team.

They will work closely with other brand partners and a cross-functional team that includes Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, Franchise Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Insights and Analytics, JJIT, and other business partners as required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
  • Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, messaging, and tactical plans to achieve business goals.

  • Lead and manage the agency of record as well as other agencies to deliver high-quality promotional tactic, inclusive of budget and statement of work oversight.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and sales teams to gain field insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales training and other learning teams to implement sales meetings and ongoing field development.
  • Apply innovative thinking, grounded in data and customer insights, to address complex business and market challenges.
  • Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics through market research and data analytics that will inform marketing strategies, tactics and measure tactical and brand performance.
  • Lead Market Access pull-thru tactics as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Agency and/or related fields
  • Omnichannel, digital experience, cross-channel or agency experience preferred.
  • Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required.
  • Ability to work in the Titusville, NJ office 3 days a week and travel up to 20% domestically.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
