  • Serve as the EPG AI lead by identifying and prioritizing high-value AI use cases, leading selected pilots and initiatives, promoting responsible adoption, and building team capability through practical tools, education, and scalable ways of working.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Pricing, Compound Development Teams, Strategic Customer Group, Marketing Services, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, HECOR, and HCC to align strategy, manage budgets and resources, track performance, and deliver key commercial priorities.
  • Use market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and translate complex inputs into clear recommendations, action plans, and decision-ready communications for EPG and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative EPG culture by simplifying complexity, sharing best practices, challenging the status quo, and helping the team deliver with speed, quality, and accountability.
