Security Clearance: DoD Secret ClearanceDescription of DutiesThis position on is located in Washington, D.C. Duties include and not limited to the following:
- Communication and Briefing Skills
- Expertise in strategic planning, coordination, logistics and vast familiarity with senior and flag level support, including new program initiatives
- Knowledgeable on DoD/DON Policies and Procedures relating to systems engineering process, software development and software management, verification and validation, test and evaluation and Navy combat systems
- Knowledgeable with Product Development and Strategic Budget Manager functions
- Expertise in strategic planning, coordination, logistics, and new program initiatives
Notes:- This Position is contingent upon contract award
- This is not a telework position
- You must hold a valid driver's license
- You must own a reliable motor vehicle
Minimum Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, OR
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and Ten (10) years of relevant engineering experience
- Understanding of the structure and organization of the Sponsor
- Ability to maintain project schedules, calendars, and tasks in workflow tool suites
- Ability to coordinate work schedules to accommodate customer needs
- Ability to individually produce and speak to technical reports
- Ability to lead and direct a technical team

- Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Tool suite
- Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates
- Self-starter drive and ability to translate, write and speak to technical issues
- Ability to take direction from several sources and execute seamlessly in a timely fashion
- Ability to multi-task
Required Skills and Certifications:- DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter
- As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance
