What You'll Do:- Develop next-generation LED light engines, electronic assemblies, drivers and lighting controls.
- Support customer projects by translating application requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production.
- Design, prototype, test and refine new products.
- Work closely with manufacturing to ensure designs are robust, reliable and manufacturable.
- Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, optical, manufacturing and quality disciplines.
- Support continuous improvement of existing products and manufacturing processes.
What We're Looking For:We're looking for an engineer who brings expertise in one discipline and enjoys working across many others.
You may have experience in:- Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical or Electromechanical Design
- Optics
- Manufacturing or Quality Engineering
- Embedded Systems or Controls
