Full Job Description
We are looking for a Product Developer who will bring clarity, management and organization to our team. It is important to us that you have the energy and desire to manage all activities that are necessary to produce manufacturing ready products.

About the Job
  • Manage all Product Development, Costing, and Sourcing activities. These activities range from Development/Proto samples to final manufacturing ready package. You are following Innovation Goals, Supply Chain Strategies, and requirements for Cost, Quality, and Terms of Engagement.
  • Build all GTM Calendar PD activities and hold accountable across all phases of development to ensure we meet dates.
  • Lead seasonal Costing activities; gather and negotiate all prices and align to FOB target.
  • Manage Finish approvals from Development to Pre-Production to Bulk Shade Bands.
  • Support execution of Sourcing Strategies.
  • Partner with Supply Planning and Field Teams to ensure all Pre-Production activities are on track to meet the scheduled first cut dates at all production locations.
  • Help resolve Quality issues.


About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile / Apparel Industry Field preferred, however a candidate may use a combination of college education and related work experience as a substitute.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Apparel Production and/or Product Development experience.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications.
  • Project management abilities with systems knowledge
  • Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Pull together reports from multiple sources of data and then make decisions based on the results of those reports. (At minimum, will work proficiency with pivot, v-lookups, create formulas).
  • Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.
  • Experience working directly with senior level directors.


This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $110,000 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
