Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Trust & Risk team-someone who is passionate about creating thoughtful, scalable systems that protect buyers and sellers and strengthen trust across our marketplace. In this role, you'll design tools, workflows, and user experiences that help detect policy violations, reduce fraud and abuse, enforce platform decisions with precision and fairness, and support users through education, actioning, and appeals.

You'll partner closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, operations, data scientists, and policy experts to build solutions that balance safety, speed, and user trust. This could include designing appeals flows, account standing and compliance experiences, internal review and enforcement tools, and real-time interventions during live shows.

You'll report to a Design leader and will have the option to either work from one of our office hubs (LA, SF, NYC, or Seattle) or remote (U.S. only).

  • Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience designing zero-to-one products or new platforms, demonstrating your ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define new product spaces.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or supply chain management is a plus.
