  • 40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment

A leading professional networking company seeks a Product Designer to create user-centered design solutions for consumer and enterprise products, incorporating motion design and animation to enhance product experiences.

Product Designer Responsibilities:
  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements by connecting user insights, design patterns, and business goals.
  • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process.
  • Partner closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science, and work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
  • Incorporate motion design and animation into product experiences to enhance interactions, usability, and storytelling, using design tools such as Figma, Principle, and Miro.

Product Designer Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
  • 4-6 years of experience in design and animation is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Skills in product/UX design, cross-functional collaboration, and design systems.
  • Portfolio, website, or other work samples required.
  • Ability to deliver small to medium-scale projects independently, or own components of larger projects with support from senior ICs and managers, is preferred.
  • Ability to create solutions that consider end-to-end user flows and impacts on adjacent experiences is preferred.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to extend design system language is preferred.

Shift
  • Hybrid: 3 Days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
