This role is for a design leader who excels at both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. • Help the team build AI skills to get better design requirements, PRDs, and other documents from AI tools.
  • Build strong partnerships with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape design strategies that directly achieve business goals. You'll act as a central point of contact across Product and Tech, ensuring clear communication and tracking of project dependencies and milestones.
  • Advocate and integrate user research, testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and champion user needs throughout the product development process.
  • Offer clear, actionable feedback and direction to the casino design team, ensuring high-quality output and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through regular design reviews.
  • Translate complex business problems into inspiring creative opportunities through storytelling.
  • Advocate for and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistent and scalable user experiences across Casino.
  • Continuously explore and implement innovative visual and interaction design approaches, setting new standards for quality and player engagement for Casino.
