JOB DESCRIPTION

TheSenior Associatewill:

  • Serve as the key bridge between Client / Client Solutions and JPM's Product / Tech/ Ops teams
  • Help support net new Client onboardings to our highly technical, API-first product
  • Act as the first point of contact for Client queries, ensuring a high-touch and bespoke experience
  • Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
  • Monitor the performance of products and services by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

  • Be a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environment
