Join our team as a Product Delivery Senior Associate in Card Installments UAT Team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Job Summary

As a Product Delivery Senior Associate on the Card Installments UAT Team, you will be responsible for executing testing-related tasks across multiple projects, including test execution, defect triaging, and test reporting. Your role involves ensuring comprehensive test coverage by thoroughly understanding business requirements, defining the testing scope, and assessing the level of effort needed for projects impacting Card Installments and Benefits. You will manage test execution to verify that the code meets all requirements, handle defect management, and keep all project stakeholders informed of test execution progress and any defects through regular communication and feedback.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the Testing Lead in planning and executing application testing across large, complex, technology-dependent programs and Agile projects that span multiple business functional areas.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of application testing, working with test team, product owners, and development team.
  • Create and execute test strategies / cases plans and scripts, document defects, and participate in defect triage sessions in Agile framework.
  • Manage test execution to verify code validity against all requirements.
  • Communicate test execution progress, defect status, and key updates to project stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Support automation of testing efforts by identifying external testing dependencies and contributing to plans that increase the testing team's autonomy over time.
  • Partner with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and offshore resources to ensure seamless testing execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and high-quality outcomes.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role, with hands-on experience in test execution and defect management.
  • Experience in the design of detailed functional and regression test plans, and the creation and execution of test scripts.
  • Experience using bug, defect, and issue tracking software such as Jira, HP ALM/QC, or equivalent tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Understanding of Automation.
  • Proven ability to adhere to established testing processes, procedures, methodologies, and metrics.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, handle multiple test assignments, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze detailed business requirements, raise questions, and seek resolution on outstanding clarifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools and technologies including Selenium, Java, Cucumber and familiarity with test automation concepts and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of API test automation tools including Rest Assured, SoapUI, and Postman.
  • Experience with UDF and Smart Spec.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills to define complex issues and utilize analytical tools to develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to quickly and smoothly change direction based on stakeholder or management guidance while remaining organized and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to define complex issues and leverage analytical tools to develop effective solutions.
