JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Document, define, and deliver the new Global Capital Platform with U.S.-based stakeholders across Treasury, Controllers, and Technology teams. Manage a Delaware-based Product Team, overseeing their activities, and ensuring that team members contribute to the project's goals. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. Conduct current state analyses to assess existing processes and operational models. Participate in re-engineering processes and operational models to drive efficiency. Redesign workflows and implement best practices to optimize performance and reduce redundancies. Lead the test management of the capabilities being delivered as part of the Global Capital Platform. Develop test plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure that all functionalities meet quality standards before deployment. Create written user training guides and materials to facilitate user adoption of new platforms. Develop training resources that cater to various user needs and skill levels. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts including conducting surveys and showcasing new capabilities to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Operator Intelligence, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Interpreting and implementing Global Regulatory Capital regulations and translating them into front to back operating models to support business processes; Designing user interfaces using FIGMA to provide foundational capabilities and analytical insights to internal stakeholders; Performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow, and business process optimization using Databricks and Lucid. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Process re-engineering, including redesigning workflows and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Developing test plans, executing test cases, and test management of software implementations. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Conducting data analysis and current state assessments to identify process efficiencies and improvement opportunities; Integrating data visualization tools including Tableau, Alteryx and Qlik Sense with datasets that have record counts over 10 million housed on Databricks; Automating reports using SQL or ETL.
