JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Project Manager, you'll participate in projects and provide support for various initiatives and any associated business transformation projects. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle, researching new projects, business process changes, configuration changes or system modifications. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts, you'll work on project deliverables. Primary areas of focus include defining requirements, developing project plan, track progress, communicating and managing stakeholders, creating use case & testing, and documenting changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic process improvement for the investment review process, focusing on enhanced performance analytics & automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and time savings.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements: develop core business requirements, facilitate design working groups, and translate needs into implementable solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery and project management for investments performance applications (milestones, governance, progress tracking, weekly status reporting to product cabinet and stakeholders).
  • Own testing execution and quality: develop/maintain test plans and scripts; lead UAT and production testing; log/track defects and enhancements; drive design review sessions.
  • Support change management and controls: document/evidence control forms and assist with implementation efforts.
  • Enable business adoption: support training and communications for business users on new reporting applications and feature enhancements.
  • Deliver management reporting and analytics: maintain scorecards and key metrics; perform ad hoc data research and analysis for senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in Product Delivery or Project Management in Asset or Wealth Management team
  • Experience with performance measurement and portfolio analytics including attribution, contribution, and ex-post risk analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently
  • Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creation of slides for stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of Python and Alteryx
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
