As a Pilot Captain, on our Aviation Team, you will lead safe and discreet worldwide operations for a Part 91 executive aviation team. Command Gulfstream G650 and G800 aircraft, supporting global travel for senior corporate leadership with full PIC authority. This high-trust role demands a seasoned aviator who exemplifies technical mastery, sound judgment, and professionalism, while championing a strong safety culture. Collaborate with Maintenance, Scheduling, Aviation Management, and Security to ensure seamless executive travel, thriving in dynamic schedules and complex international operations.
Job Responsibilities - Serve as Pilot-in-Command or Second-in-Command on G650 and G800 aircraft in worldwide Part 91 operations
- Exercise safe decision-making
- Uphold the highest standards of passenger service and discretion
- Collaborate across all levels of the operation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety culture, standard operating procedures, and operational policies
- Maintain aircraft airworthiness awareness and coordinate with maintenance as required
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities- FAA Airline Transport Pilot License, First Class Medical, Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid Passport with no travel restrictions; able to operate internationally without limitation
- 4,000 hours total time (fixed wing), 3,000 PIC
- Large-cabin Gulfstream or comparable type rating with recent experience
- Proven international experience
- Strong SMS and CRM skills
- Live within 2-hour drive of KHPN
- Able to pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities- G650 (GVI) and/or G800 (GVIII) type ratings with current PIC experience
- IS-BAO or BASC audit experience
- Familiarity with the New York metropolitan airspace environment
- 2,000 hours in fixed wing jets, 1,500 hours in large-cabin jets
- International operations experience including North Atlantic, South America, Europe, Asia, India and Middle East routes a plus
- Flight Operations Manual (FOM) development or operational policy experience
- Large corporate or equivalent military experience
