Job Description:Product Data Analyst - Team LeadHackettstown, NJAs the Product Data Analyst - Team Lead, you will lead critical product data and commercialization initiatives across the Mars Snacking portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-from Supply Commercialization to project scoping teams-to monitor commercialization health, resolve operational bottlenecks, and safeguard project timelines. Leveraging operational data and stakeholder feedback, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and accelerate speed-to-market.
What are we looking for?Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics
- 2+ years work experience required in item set up, product lifecycle data processes across cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in product data management, master data (MDM), supply chain commercialization, or business analytics.
- Hands-on experience using the Celonis Process Mining & Reporting suite to identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and track item setup cycle times.
- Proven capability in trouble shooting and identifying stoppages and coordinating resolution of delays to process flow in Orchestration Layer & Veritas
- Experience guiding, mentoring, or managing contingent/contract resources and building strong cross-functional alignment across commercial and supply teams.
- Experience analyzing operational KPIs and reporting performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Confidence and interpersonal skills, specifically in influencing without direct authority, resolving conflict, and creative problem solving.
- Action Oriented. Takes initiative, entrepreneurial, can identify information gaps and anticipate roadblocks and stoppages in the process before they occur.
- Process Oriented perspective. Is comfortable working in complex rigorous process to eventually understand network of interdependencies and end user experience and identify areas of opportunity to gain efficiency, effectiveness or reduce resourcing required.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with enterprise data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Celonis, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel
- Experience within a large-scale Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food & beverage, or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated track record of leading root-cause problem solving and driving process improvement projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, MSE/TPM principles).
- Experience leading recurring status meetings, setting short-term priorities, and driving task accountability across mixed teams (associates and third-party/contract resources).
What will be your key responsibilities?- Facilitate and oversee end-to-end item setup processes, guiding contract resources and ensuring high-quality, timely data creation across product portfolios.
- Leverage the Celonis reporting suite and analytics tools to monitor item setup metrics, cycle times, and KPIs, proactively escalating risks to cross-functional partners.
- Execute short-term operational plans by leading recurring status and review meetings with Product Data Specialists (PDS), internal associates, and contingent partners.
- Conduct thorough risk analyses to uncover scope gaps, anticipate launch bottlenecks, and resolve operational roadblocks before they impact project timelines.
- Identify, design, and implement process enhancements and reporting upgrades to streamline item setup workflows, elevate data accuracy, and improve efficiency.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
