What does a successful Product Consultant do at Fiserv?As a successful Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, promoting and enhancing the features and capabilities of our products to both internal teams and external clients.
What you will do:- Collaborate with product development teams to understand the functionality and features of new and existing products
- Work closely with clients and internal partners to trouble shoot, research and resolve product inquiries and impacting issues on client's use of Fiserv products
- Take a "Client First" approach by providing consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products during client interactions, demonstrations and training sessions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation
- Develop and deliver product presentations, training materials and documentation for both internal and external teams
What you will need to have:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6-10 years of account management experience
- 4-5 years of Fiserv experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with coaching skills to do the same.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
What would be great to have:- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
- Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge of Fiserv systems, (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270.)
- Experience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Proven experience in a product consultant or similar role within the technology or software industry.
