Qualifications

• 5+ years of Gaming Experience
• Expertise in interpreting regulations and technical requirements
• Experience engaging with State, Tribal, and Independent Test Lab regulatory personnel
• Proficient in conducting technical compliance audits
• Ability to build relationships across all levels and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely regulatory submissions and approvals by collaborating with the Product Compliance Director
• Manage the technical submission process in partnership with the Product Development Team until completion
• Handle documentation necessary for all regulatory submissions
• Maintain procedures to ensure only authorized software versions are implemented in regulated markets
• Collaborate with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software adherence to regulatory standards
• Support regulatory relations and reporting for Caesars
• Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications when applicable
• Consult with the Legal Department for clarity on regulatory requirements
• Stay informed on industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess their potential impact
