Job Title: Product Analyst - UGG Footwear
Reports to: Director, Product - UGG SMU & MFO Footwear
Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)
Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday - Thursday
The RoleAs a Business Information Analyst specializing in Footwear, you'll be a key member of our Product Creation Team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business data throughout the product lifecycle. You'll coordinate seasonal updates, manage product line sheets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive informed decision-making and optimize business processes. Your work will directly impact the quality and success of our product lines each season, making this role essential to the continued growth and innovation of UGG.
Your Impact- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date product line sheets for Footwear, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Resolve discrepancies in product data by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and compile seasonal inputs across various product attributes, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
- Work closely with the Product Creation Team and partners to maintain and update product information.
- Collect, organize, and ensure the accuracy of product data, including specifications, priority flagging, and downstream requirements.
- Meet seasonal deadlines by tracking and managing multiple data points across the product creation lifecycle.
- Implement quality control checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procedures for managing product line sheets, driving efficiency and consistency.
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product data management, or a related role, with a focus on the Footwear industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PLM systems, etc.) and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Familiarity with Footwear seasonal planning processes, product lifecycle management, and production timelines.
- Experience in product line sheet management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to track and manage multiple data points across various stages of the product creation lifecycle.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify and address discrepancies in product data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
