Team Mission:The mission of the product analytics team at Shiftsmart is to work closely with our internal teams and customers to use our own proprietary data to drive meaningful outcomes. We work with all teams across Shiftsmart to lead end-to-end projects, grow customer relationships, deliver objective analysis and insights, and execute strategic initiatives. Help transform raw data into well-structured, reliable datasets that analysts, data scientists, and business teams can use to make better decisions. - Scalable Analytics & Forecasting: Support accurate reporting as our system expands and new accounts are added, you will help ensure customer data needs are met without slowing down broader strategic initiatives and new initiatives. Your role will be critical in maintaining responsiveness while enabling the team to scale.
- Production Planning & Operational Support: Manage and ensure timely and accurate updates to production plans and operational data to strengthen the reliability of our forecasting and operational outputs as we scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer data needs are accurately reflected in internal systems. You will act as a bridge between customer requests and internal execution, helping balance immediate reporting needs with long-term data infrastructure improvements.
Competencies:Do you have what it takes to design, launch, and scale initiatives to fundamentally change labor? Here are the attributes you'll need:
- Analytically-minded: You have 2-5+ years experience in an analytical role (e.g. data analyst, bizops, business intelligence), and ideally in startups.
