Responsibilities
  • Run a high-volume buyer pipeline using proven lead conversion systems and structured follow-up
  • Secure buyer representation agreements on every consultation, no exceptions
  • Identify the right properties, write winning offers, and negotiate with confidence
  • Manage every contract through inspection, financing, and closing with zero dropped balls
  • Build a referral network that generates consistent, warm business month after month
  • Invest in your own growth through weekly coaching, skill-building, and team accountability
Qualifications
