Aescape is seeking an
Producer, Massage Content to elevate our one-of-a-kind bodywork experience. Your primary responsibility will be to develop scalable massage content that leaves every user feeling better. Working alongside Licensed Massage Therapists, software engineers, and product researchers, you'll capture, edit and refine robotic massage content and own post-production using our own in-house developed tools - all in a fast-moving environment at the intersection of robotics, technology, and anatomy. A sharp eye for detail and quality as well as a genuine passion for bodywork, movement, and the physical human experience are essential.
This role is on-site at our NYC office in ChelseaWhat You'll Do- Create, refine, and deploy the bodywork content that powers our robot fleet - you'll be helping 12,000+ people feel better every month
- Refine and upgrade existing massage content to improve quality, comfort, and effectiveness for all users, via a detailed and thorough content Editing process
- Review performance data and user feedback surveys to identify high-impact areas for improvement
- Investigate and document system interruptions that impact the user experience
- Catalog and maintain Aescape's internal library of massages and techniques
- Conduct hands-on testing and research validation of new massage techniques
- Identify opportunities to improve internal software tools and workflows
- Work directly with Licensed Massage Therapists, Engineers, Product Managers and key stakeholders on the planning and execution of new bodywork technique development
What you'll bring- 3+ years producing and editing content across DAWs or other software editing tools (Adobe, Avid, Premiere, Audition, Pro Tools)
- 3+ years managing post-production assets, footage, libraries, and archives
- Strong physical intuition. Background in massage, anatomy, physiology, bodywork, or fitness (e.g., as a massage therapist, trainer, athlete) - or significant personal experience with injury recovery / rehabilitation
- Empathy for and genuine curiosity about the end-user experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail on repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to drive and deliver production timelines
- Ability to draw insights from data dashboards
Nice-to-have, But not Required
- Familiarity with biomedical engineering, gait rehabilitation, physics, or similar field
- Familiarity with software platforms like Unity or Unreal Engine
- Experience as an editor or technical operator at a tech startup
- Creative hobbies or outlets outside of work
- An unconventional career path - for example, moving from video editing into tech, or from a technical field into a more creative one

Compensation: Base salary range of
$85,000 - $125,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus, plus equity grant commensurate with the role and company stage. Full-time employees are also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and paid parental leave.
