Full Job Description
Producer

Location: Margaux HQ - New York, New York

Department: Brand

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience

The Role

We're hiring a Producer to bring our shoot production in-house. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who's run shoots and been on set. You'll own production end to end across campaign, ecommerce, editorial, and social, build the process and systems behind it, and become the person the team trusts to make every shoot happen on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll partner closely with the Brand, Ecommerce, Social, and Product teams.

What You'll Own
  • End-to-end production of photo and video shoots - campaign, ecommerce, editorial, and social
  • Pre-production: budgets, schedules, call sheets, shot lists, locations, permits, and insurance
  • Casting and booking crew - photographers, videographers, stylists, hair and makeup, set designers - and models through agencies
  • Sample trafficking and product pulls, so the right shoes and accessories are on set in the right sizes at the right time
  • Running the day on set: keeping shoots on schedule and on budget, and solving problems before they become fires
  • Shoot budgets end to end, from building and negotiating rates to tracking spend and reconciling costs
  • Post-production hand-off: tracking deliverables through retouching and edit, and keeping final assets organized and delivered
  • The systems behind production - budgets, timelines, vendor lists, and templates - so shoots get faster and more repeatable over time
  • Margaux's roster of trusted photographers, stylists, agencies, locations, and vendors

What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years running shoots and campaigns end to end, with real on-set experience
  • Experience in fashion, comfortable working with models, agencies, stylists, and samples
  • Someone who can run a process from end to end and keep people, timelines, budgets, and logistics on track
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - no task is beneath you
  • Proactive and resourceful: you reach out, do your own research, and figure things out without waiting to be asked
  • Detail-oriented, with strong communication in person and in writing

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience. Margaux also offers health benefits, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, a generous employee discount, professional development, and flexible work arrangements where the role allows.

Why Now

Margaux is growing fast, and so is the volume and ambition of our shoots. Bringing production in-house is how we protect quality, move faster, and keep raising the bar on our content. This is the person who makes it all run - with the trust, autonomy, and resources to build the production function from the ground up.
