Your New Role...We are seeking an experienced Producer to join CNN's FlashDocs team, creating premium longform content for CNN's linear and digital platforms. The Producer will work with senior leadership to develop and produce timely, distinctive programming at the intersection of news, culture and the stories driving the national conversation.
Your Role Accountabilities...- Pitch, develop and produce original longform programming for CNN's linear and digital platforms.
- Identify timely, compelling stories and distinctive approaches to subjects across news, culture, entertainment and other areas of audience interest.
- Produce projects from development through delivery, including research, booking, field production, scripting and edit.
- Write and revise scripts and work collaboratively with senior producers, producers, editors and other members of the production team.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining production schedules, workflows and deadlines.
- Produce and manage shoots in the field, including interviews, verité and other original production.
- Collaborate across CNN with editorial, programming, digital, production and other teams as needed.
- Help guide and support associate producers and other junior members of the team.
- Ensure all work meets CNN's editorial, journalistic, legal and production standards.
- Travel as needed for field production.
Qualifications & Experience...- Significant experience producing longform, documentary, news or feature storytelling.
- Strong writing, producing and editorial skills.
- Experience producing in the field and working through the edit process.
- Strong editorial judgment and an understanding of how stories can work across linear and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collaborative, creative and comfortable working across teams.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
