  • Evaluate tools and platforms for image, video, and text-based GenAI use cases.
  • Balance the need for production discipline and schedule/budget management with an inherently exploratory process.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Talent, Recruiting, and Technology teams, to ensure resource and operational alignment.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and production updates for key stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and transparency.
  • Help build a creative community and a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and exploration
  • Oversee the documentation of various GenAI workflows and methodologies - be able to strategically design them for larger-scale projects
  • Identify which workflows can be templatized or automated for future productions.
  • Ability to decipher what types of visual data are best suited to build AI models on and how best to generate that visual data through traditional or non-traditional means, including using real-time engines, video capture, and 2D animation.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with studio executives and advisors, providing strategic updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Present trade-offs and recommendations when scope, schedule, or resources need adjustment.
  • Champion Netflix company values and a positive, inclusive production environment that supports creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of production experience in animation, games, visual effects or digital media content creation
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading creative teams
  • Deep understanding of traditional production pipelines, departmental dependencies, and creative workflows.

  • Strong financial and scheduling acumen; experience managing small and large budgets
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to motivate and guide large, diverse teams.
  • Working knowledge of production tracking and scheduling tools
  • Adept at balancing creative needs with production or operational goals
