The Global Social Media and Insights team is responsible for the day-to-day representation of the brand on social media. We partner with creative teams, brand managers, merchandising, styling, talent, creators, and external agency partners to bring to life compelling creative content rooted in strong social strategy. We lead the way when it comes to the brand's presence online globally, and we partner with regional social teams to create continuity for local audiences.

core responsibilities

We're looking for a Producer, Social, Global Brand to partner with our Global Social team to deliver best-in-class content for lululemon channels. You will build strong partnerships internally with working teams and stakeholders, and externally with production partners and vendors, to bring creative concepts to life. You are a creative problem solver who understands the creative process and how to work with creative and marketing teams to bring ideas from brief through delivery. You're a leader with a love of people and production, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying highly organized throughout.

lead the production lifecycle
  • Own the production lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and smooth execution across pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
  • Translate creative concepts and marketing briefs into actionable production plans that deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
partner across teams
  • Collaborate closely with Social Strategists, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Social Creative Operations teams to align production plans with project goals, timelines, and business requirements.
  • Guide creative teams through production milestones and decision gates in partnership with Creative Operations, ensuring clarity and momentum throughout.
manage production strategy and execution
  • Develop production approaches that protect creative ambition while navigating schedule, budget, and real-world constraints.
  • Manage project risks by identifying options and impacts, and offering solutions that remove obstacles. You'll approach production challenges creatively, bringing alternatives rather than defaulting to reducing the creative ambition of the project.
budget and financial management
  • Manage overall production budgets, including estimating, forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely processing of invoices and payments.
contracts & compliance
  • Manage all production paperwork, contracts, permits, and licensing requirements in partnership with Legal, Insurance, and cross-functional partners.
build and manage production teams and lead shoot execution
  • Source, hire, and manage production partners, creative partners, vendors, and crew; communicate project and creative needs clearly; and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own all shoot-day logistics, including crew oversight, talent and location management, and support for the internal working team.
cultivate partnerships
  • Build and cultivate a diverse network of production and creative talent, continually identifying emerging collaborators and unexpected partners who can elevate the work.
production operations
  • Work with leadership and senior producers to contribute to the evolution of production workflows, tools, and systems that increase efficiency and support high-quality output.
  • Support projects through the creative lifecycle, collaborating with working groups, leadership, and budget owners to facilitate on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Support resource planning as needed.
  • Assist with toolkit coordination, asset management, and trafficking.
qualifications
  • 5-8 years of production experience across social, editorial, fashion, culture, branded content, or integrated creative, ideally within a highly creative agency, production company, studio, or in-house brand team.
  • Comfort building production models around the idea, from highly crafted shoots to nimble, experimental, creator-led, or unconventional approaches.
  • Proven experience managing productions from concept through final delivery.
  • Experience producing work across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with an understanding of how storytelling, production approach, and creative execution should adapt to different environments.
  • Strong creative judgment and visual sensibility, with an understanding of contemporary photography, film, design, fashion, sport, and culture.
  • A strong network of emerging and established production talent, with curiosity to continually discover new directors, photographers, filmmakers, editors, artists, and collaborators.
  • Experience partnering with multi-disciplinary marketing and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for production.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $87,700 - $115,100 USDannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
