  • Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems (NetSuite), including pricing, lead times, order status, and change history.
  • Collaborate with Construction, Site Operations, Finance, Quality, and Design teams to support field execution and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with the Materials Manager and plant-based procurement team to ensure consistent supplier usage and leverage combined purchasing volume.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tactical field and subcontractor procurement issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Generate routine reports and dashboards related to open orders, subcontractor commitments, and procurement status.
  • Support site visits as needed and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

  • Understanding of basic accounting and cost control principles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working across manufacturing and construction workflows.
  • Detail-oriented, systems-minded, with a bias for action.

What We Offer:
  • Opportunity to join an innovative, mission-driven company transforming residential construction.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package (medical, dental, vision).
  • Equity participation.
  • Collaborative, high-ownership culture with room for growth.
