Stefanini is looking for a Procurement Relationship Manager for New York, NY location (Onsite). W2 candidates Preferred! Responsibilities: Strategic Relationship Management 1. Develop and maintain the appropriate stakeholder relationships to enable the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process within and across Corporate Departments. 2. Translate business strategy into sourcing strategies; partner with the Global Sourcing Category leaders to evolve strategies over-time 3. Influence Global Sourcing center of excellence category strategies to reflect requirements by offering feedback and requirements from the business units 4. Take and transfer the expertise from the global centers of excellence and optimize the business unit's spend to drive competitive advantage 5. Partners with key Corporate spend owners and FP&A to lead strategic planning of third-party engagements. Collaborates with FP&A team to ensure approved spend for initiatives 6. Monitor supplier performance and support business development. Escalates non-compliance and delivers cost savings and overall vendor quality. Integration / Broker of Center of Excellence Services / Feedback Loop 1. Ensure the Global Sourcing CEO strategies from the center work for Corporate 2. Be the single point of contact that behaves as a feedback loop between global and local; ensure two-way feedback is happening 3. "Voice of the customer"; customers of the COEs 4. Deliver valuable business support and broker the services of the COE and SSCs Process Alignment & Compliance 1. Identify improvements relative to operating procedures and products 2. Own process alignment and raise deviations from the global standards, practices, processes, etc. 3. "Think Global", "Fit Local" 4. Critical Experiences | Competencies | Abilities 2. Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred 3. Minimum 8 years of global sourcing & procurement experience 4. Certification in Procurement such as CPSM or CSCP, preferred 5. Ability to influence senior executives to drive decisions 6. Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes 7. Strong understanding of Business Priorities 8. Skilled in prioritization discussions, negotiations and establishing the appropriate balance between Global and Local 9. "Account management" behaviors required 10. Proven written and oral communicator, with strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills to act as an effective change agent, unlocking barriers to value for priority spend categories 11. Expert negotiator with proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations 12. Strong project management skills, including adhering to stakeholder timelines, and meeting management skills 13. Extensive knowledge of the basic types of commercial agreement structures and the function and purpose of key legal terms 14. Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization, and works easily in multi-business unit project settings; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate boundaries Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
