Full Job Description
Direct, manage, and scale the end-to-end procurement and supply chain strategy for a car wash enterprise with 188 locations. Managing a comprehensive scope of both direct spend (chemicals, tunnel equipment, utility contracts) and indirect spend (IT, marketing, office supplies, facilities maintenance), you will secure enterprise-level master service agreements and build a resilient supply chain capable of supporting continuous multi-site operational excellence. The ideal candidate is: • A people-first leader who develops others. • A decisive operator who owns outcomes. • A systems thinker who scales consistently. • A culture carrier who embodies our values: Be Good, Inspire Others, and Go Beyond. Responsibilities • RFx Leadership: Standardize, launch, and manage the full lifecycle of RFx processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI) to systematically evaluate, select, and onboard enterprise suppliers across all spend areas. • Balanced Spend Management: Oversee a diverse procurement portfolio balancing direct production goods with indirect corporate and field services. • Enterprise Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across critical high-volume categories, including bulk car wash chemistry, tunnel machinery, marketing assets, and overall facilities and maintenance. • Vendor & Contract Management: Lead high-level vendor negotiations, establish enterprise performance SLAs, and continuously monitor supplier compliance to ensure zero downtime across all 188 sites. • Budget & Spend Analytics: Analyze regional procurement data, identify volume-discount opportunities, and control annual spend against multi-site budgets. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Regional Operations Directors, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Facility Maintenance teams to ensure seamless inventory replenishment and operational readiness. • Supply Chain Risk Mitigation: Identify regional supply chain bottlenecks or market trends, establishing localized dual-sourcing and continuity plans to safeguard daily tunnel operations. Skills & Qualifications • Direct & Indirect Portfolio: Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing a mixed matrix of both direct and indirect procurement categories. • RFx Expertise: Proven mastery in designing and executing structured RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for complex, high-spend commercial categories. • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of progressive procurement or supply chain management experience, with specific experience managing a footprint of 100+ multi-site retail, hospitality, or automotive service locations. Car wash experience a plus. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-million dollar vendor contracts and securing high-volume corporate discounts. • Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in enterprise ERP systems, e-sourcing tools, and multi-location inventory tracking software. • Analytical Capability: Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate and analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across regional clusters.
