Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch team to execute the business plan effectively
  • Evaluate and improve branch operations to enhance efficiency
  • Track and report financial and operational branch metrics to regional manager
  • Develop and manage the branch budget, forecasting monthly expectations
  • Conduct employee safety training and monitor compliance
  • Oversee inventory levels and budget, focusing on reducing excess inventory
  • Perform related duties to meet the organization’s needs as required

Full Job Description
About the Role
  • Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
  • Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
  • Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
  • Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
  • Facilitate employee safety training
  • Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
  • May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
