In this role, you'll oversee supplier selection and development, contract negotiations, cost management, and inventory optimization while establishing clear supplier performance expectations around quality, cost, and on time delivery. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the supply base, reduce risk, and support both current and future business needs. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that support company growth, cost reduction objectives, and supply chain stability.
  • Conduct supplier segmentation and risk analysis to prioritize strategic partners and mitigate supply chain variability.
  • Establish and enforce supplier performance expectations and metrics related to quality, cost competitiveness, and on time delivery.
  • Lead regular supplier business reviews in collaboration with Quality and Engineering to evaluate performance, reinforce expectations, and develop improvement plans.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers aligned with company quality, technical, and fulfillment requirements.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts with a high level of integrity to secure competitive and sustainable terms.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required; in lieu of a degree, at least five years of procurement leadership experience required.
  • Minimum of five years of purchasing experience required, including at least three years of supplier contract negotiation experience.
