The Procurement Efficiency Analyst supports Finance and Indirect Procurement by owning the day-to-day use, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of procurement technology platforms. This role helps manage intake, approvals, contract routing, supplier workflows, data quality, user support, and documentation across the full procurement lifecycle. You will partner with procurement leadership and cross functional teams to make processes easier to follow, more consistent, and more scalable. You will also help prepare workflows, data structures, and automation opportunities that enable artificial intelligence capabilities within the platform. This role reports to the Director, Category Management and Operations and is a key part of building a more efficient procurement operating model.
What You'll Do - Serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert for procurement technology platforms and related solutions
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve workflows, system capabilities, integrations, and data structures
- Support procurement intake, approvals, contract routing, supplier workflows, and related operational activities
- Maintain accurate supplier, contract, workflow, and operational data to support reliable reporting and compliance
- Develop training materials, job aids, communications, and documentation to support user adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflow design, data quality, user experience, and operational efficiency
- Support automation, intelligent routing, artificial intelligence agents, and data driven insights that improve scalability

Required Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in procurement operations, business operations, systems support, process improvement, or a related role
- Experience supporting workflow-based systems or enterprise platforms such as procurement, intake, contract lifecycle, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system, process, and data issues
- High attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records, workflows, and structured processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and follow through on commitments
- Clear and concise communication skills for working with procurement, technology, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, documentation tools, and artificial intelligence powered technologies
Preferred Skills- Experience with artificial intelligence enabled enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or agent-based tools
- Experience with Levelpath or similar procurement technology platforms
Compensation Details:$88400 - $110700 per year
