Your Role:The
Category Manager - HR Services owns end-to-end responsibility for a global HR procurement category. The role operates as a recognized subject matter expert, leading critical initiatives, managing elevated risk and complexity, and delivering material business impact. This role does not include formal people-management responsibilities but may lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
What you'll be doing:- Own, evolve, and execute global HR category or HR project strategies
- Lead high-value, high-risk, or complex sourcing and contracting initiatives
- Serve as the global SME and escalation point for critical issues
- Drive significant innovation and performance improvement
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and enterprise initiatives
- Provide backup support for Team Leader responsibilities when required
- Influence senior stakeholders through insight, expertise, and results
What you'll bring:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10-12+ years of progressive procurement experience with significant experience spent supporting HR/Professional Services Procurement
- Demonstrated success managing global or complex categories
- Strong commercial judgment and risk management capability
- Ability to lead without authority in matrixed organizations
- This role may require occasional domestic or international travel.

The estimated base salary for this position is $108,000 to $130,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
