Job Description

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work onsite three (3) days per week. Candidates must reside in California and be able to meet the onsite requirements of the role. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.

Qualifications

  • Manage procurement and inventory planning for manufacturing materials, components, equipment, and services.
  • Lead sourcing activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Global Commodity Managers to drive quality, delivery, cost, and service improvements.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers through market analysis and sourcing strategies.
  • Drive supply chain improvements, cost savings, inventory optimization, and process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers and strategic suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate procurement requirements.
  • Support cross-site and global sourcing initiatives as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing purchasing experience.
  • Experience with supplier management, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations and NPI projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • CPSM, CPM, CSCP, APICS, or similar procurement/supply chain certification.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of global sourcing, supplier risk management, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Track record of leading procurement and supply chain improvement initiatives.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $112,650.00 - $176,015.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
