Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Expertise in Supply Chain including Planning and Purchasing
• Proven experience in Supplier Management and Capacity Planning
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, CLM, and S2P systems
• Background in Program/Project Management for performance improvement
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for data-driven decision-making
• Robust business and financial acumen

Responsibilities

• Support a specific Weapon Systems program in Louisville, KY or Aberdeen, SD
• Develop and implement supply chain strategy and manage requirements
• Oversee the entire life cycle of an award from order placement to fulfillment
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure program objectives are met
• Conduct make/buy analysis and develop program supply chain plans
• Assess supplier delivery readiness and capacity in the WS Supply Chain
• Enhance efficiency and reduce costs by working closely with key suppliers
• Develop teaming agreements and support business development efforts
• Conduct market surveys and lead supplier sourcing symposiums
• Lead proposal evaluations and negotiate with single source suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal and government procurement requirements
• Maintain supplier performance throughout the procurement life cycle
