Process Transformation Specialist in the
Corporate Entreprise Project Management Office department at Montreal!
How will you contribute to our success?- Lead business process discovery, documentation, mapping, and analysis activities across CSL
- Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain process maps, documentation, operating procedures, and supporting materials
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, optimize, and enhance business processes
- Assess and recommend digital technology, automation, and AI opportunities to improve business outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes aligned with strategic and operational needs
The skills you will bring to our team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach
- Experience and expertise in business process management, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to quickly understand complex operations and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong influencing and communication skills to constructively challenge practices and drive consensus
- Knowledge of BPM, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent methodologies
Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
