TYMETAL Corp., located in Greenwich, NY, has a great opportunity for a creative problems solver with a passion for process improvement and the technical ability to streamline workflows through automation, reporting and system integration. Detail-orientation, a collaborative approach to work and the ability to translate business needs into practical process improvements are required!

Your role as a Process Improvement/Automation Engineer:
  • Map workflows, document current and future-state processes, and recommend practical improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and support business operations.
  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain automation scripts, reports, dashboards, and system integrations that support engineering, sales, production, purchasing, inventory, and customer service functions.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, recurring errors, and opportunities for improved reporting, standardization, and decision-making.
  • Partner with department managers and end users to define requirements, prioritize automation projects, validate solutions, and train employees on new or revised processes.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for automated tools, process changes, user instructions, technical specifications, and support procedures.
